✧ I (the artist) have the right to display and repost any commissions on social platforms/websites
✧ I am allowed to deny or refuse a commission for any reason (with a refund/partial refund)
✧ I am allowed to use any sketches rejected by the client in other artworks (including other commissions)
✧ I retain the right to the artwork and to re-sell the artwork as merchandise if and only if it is of a character from any fandom
✧ The client retains all rights to any character they own
✧ Client may use commissioned/watermarked art for personal use such as: Cropped profile photo, icons, website wallpapers. Using it for personal website with credits to artist. Printed for personal display For original/fanfiction.
✧ Client MAY NOT: Remove watermark from artwork, claim artwork as their own, or alter in any way. Resell or redistribute artwork for personal profit in any way.
✧ Using AI or any image generator to alter/edit the illustration is prohibited
✧ DO NOT REPOST ART WITHOUT CREDIT. (permission is appreciated)
✧ Once the commission is confirmed, client will send half of the payment and I will work on the sketch. Once sketch is finished and approved by client, the rest of the payment will be paid so that the illustration may be completed. *DOES NOT APPLY TO VGEN COMMISSIONS
✧ Please allow several weeks (up to 5 weeks, but likely sooner) for commission to be finished. This will depend on commission size and complexity.
✧ I (the artist) will send sketches and the work in progress when I hit my milestones (background, shading, etc).
✧ Please communicate with me during the process of the commission! If anything would need changing during the first stages, please let me know. Minor changes are allowed up until the rendering stage. A fee will apply if changes are wanted after rendering starts.
✧ If client needs the commission finished sooner, a fee will be applied. And please keep communications open and negotiate a deadline with me.
✧ REFUND POLICY (only on CANCELATION): Client has a right to a full refund ONLY if the sketches have begun. After lineart or rendering begins, a partial refund may be discussed.
